Ron and I met in January 2018 at Teen Challenge. Teen Challenge is a 15 month long, faith based, residential program that teaches God’s word – The Bible and Christian values to men who struggle with addiction. During our time there together, we developed a strong friendship and bond that would lead us to fulfill Ron’s vision of a “Bus Ministry”
After completing the program Ron’s excitement about his vision was met with much skepticism. But if you have ever spent any time with Ron, you know that his faith and trust in the Lord does not waiver. I quickly found myself by his side on a cold winter day handing out two loaves of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and a case of water at Veterans Memorial Park in Manchester N.H.
Like the wedding at Cana the Lord has blessed us. Those two loaves have multiplied, and we estimate we have reached out to over 12,000 souls over the past year. Through the grace of God, we have been able to partner with far to many individuals, groups, organizations, churches, and businesses to list. Only through their help and support have we been able to move ahead. We have provided some concrete resources, social connections and necessities to some the marginalized, economically struggling groups of people in the Manchester area.
We have been blessed to be able to provide such things as food, water, toiletries, shoes, socks, winter clothing, backpacks, Bibles, etc. All made possible by the work and donations of the generous people of this area. We can only continue to do these things with your continued help and support.
We would like to thank all who have been involved with, or touched by this ministry
Thank You & God Bless
Ron & Joe
